Your pet will stay in their own comfortable space at our boarding facility, complete with a skylight to mimic natural outdoor light and maintain circadian rhythms. Pets can also enjoy outdoor playtime in a safe and inviting fenced-in space. Our vets and staff know that pets grow accustomed to an established daily schedule. That’s why we will imitate their normal routine as closely as we can.
We strive to feed pets according to the same schedule used by their owners at home to make the transition as easy as possible. Our pet rooms are climate-controlled to keep temperatures comfortable and relaxing. Dogs have the chance to go on multiple walks each day when they stay with us. Besides cats and dogs, feel free to discuss with us about whether or not our boarding facility can accommodate your exotic animal.

Annual Veterinary Exams
Each pet must be seen annually by one of our veterinarians in order to board at our facility.
Vaccination Requirements
Dogs and cats must be up-to-date on their rabies and distemper vaccines before boarding.
Stool Sample Testing
Dogs and cats must have a negative stool sample test every 6 months. Exotic animals also require a negative stool sample test every 6 months.
What to Bring
Please bring your pet’s food and any medications needed throughout their boarding stay.
Special Requirements for Exotic Pets
Some exotic animals may require extra belongings to be brought with them for boarding, such as enclosures, enrichment activities, toys, and other essentials.
Please check with our reception team to confirm whether boarding can be accommodated and what may be needed for your pet’s stay.
Boarding Drop-Off & Pick-Up Hours
Our boarding facility is open for drop-off and pick-up six days per week. Please review the schedule below when planning your pet’s arrival and departure.
Drop-off and pick-up are available Monday through Saturday during the hours listed.
